Hello!, I am a small business owner just like many of you. I have some sound knowledge of programming, and a few years ago, I built a simple Windows-based digital cashbook app in Python using AI. It was an amazing experience and helped me manage my daily cash flow, income expense tracking, and business accounting easily.

After using my accounting software for about a year, I thought, "Why not make something like this for all small businesses and shops in India?" I wanted to help others manage their daily bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial records in a simple and modern way using online accounting tools.

This entire web-based accounting application is made by me using AI. I did not take help from anyone else. Honestly, it was a tough journey building this free accounting software. Many times, using AI was very frustrating. There were lots of errors, and sometimes the AI changed the whole project structure or broke working code. I did not have a backup, so a few times I had to start the project again even when it was 80% complete. But I did not give up!

My goal is to keep this digital daybook, Ledger Khata Book and cashbook management system free for everyone. We show ads only to cover our server costs. If we collect enough money to run this free business accounting platform for a lifetime, we will switch off the ads and keep it free forever for all users.
